Our Home Watch service at Home Inspection Protection can provide a visual inspection weekly or Bi-weekly. We also offer monthly and customized visits. Our Home Watch service includes an inside and outside walk-through of your home.
- check windows and doors for any damage, leaks, or cracks
- check security for damage or theft
- check air conditioning and thermostat settings
- check the humidity in your home
- check pool (visual)
- check pool pump (visual)
- check the roof for any visible damage
- check the lanai area and yard
- check for bug or rodent problems
- check for water leaks, plumbing (visual)
- check refrigerator temperature
- check garage and garage doors
- check the electrical panel for tripped or hot breakers
- check appliances for leaks or corrosion
- check the water heater for leaks or corrosion
- pick up any junk mail or papers
Service Add-Ons
If we find an issue that needs to be addressed, you will receive a call and a picture from us right away. Our concierge service will help you find a dependable contractor or service company to repair the problem. Additional services available (separate rate), pre-hurricane preparedness, post-hurricane check-up, start & idle auto, pest control access, open/close home, pressure wash lanai or patio deck.
