Buyer’s Inspections
This involves an objective, visual examination of a home. New home buyers can receive crucial information about the quality of their purchase. This can bring to light defects or areas needing repair prior to the purchase.
Pre-listing / Sellers Inspection
This inspection focuses on making sure that all systems of the house are functioning properly. This can include heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, roof and structure, siding, and doors and windows. This helps the seller to understand the home’s condition prior to putting it on the market.
New Construction
Even with brand new homes, an inspection is well worth it as there may be hidden issues. This type of inspection pays close attention to structural defects like foundation cracks, faulty grading, poor framing, and other potential issues.
New Construction Phase Inspection
This ensures that a home is being built properly during each step of the process with incremental inspections. The homeowner will be made aware of the state of construction of the new home, what has been completed up to standard, and any issues that have arisen. It holds each party accountable.
11 Month \ Builders Warranty Inspection
A builder normally provides the buyer of the new home with a one-year workmanship warranty. The buyer should not have to pay for issues arising from faulty construction, defective materials, or improper installations, and this inspection protects the buyer from that responsibility.
Home Maintenance Inspection
These can be annual or biannual home inspections to ensure the critical aspects of your home like the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are in good working order, and there are no structural issues or damage to your property.
4 Point Inspection
This is an examination of the current condition of a house or condominium, paying special attention to four major systems which include roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. It is requested by homeowners’ insurance companies before someone can renew or be eligible for an insurance coverage plan.
Re-Inspections
This is a visual examination of a property that was previously inspected for the same client. This can be done after a repair or modification, or of an area that was inaccessible during an initial inspection.
Wind Mitigation
This is the process of adding features to your home that help withstand or increase resistance to high winds caused by a major storm or hurricane. This can help protect you and your family during severe weather.
Radon Testing
This naturally occurring gas can cause health problems such as lung cancer and is undetectable by sight or smell. The only way to know whether there has been exposure is by using devices that measure concentration over 48 hours. We will strategically place the device based on your home’s configuration.
